Refund policy

We want you to love your phoebe K bag. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to return an item:
Contact us at phoebekbags@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order to start the return process. Items returned after 15 days, or that don't meet the above conditions, will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
